Well Romney Marsh snow shield at full force.

Nice to see the HUGE streamer going just ever so slightly south of me and straight into the channel.

Trying not to let it wind me up.

And just as I get to worrying the new MET forecast specifically mentions Kent!

Hmm took root in the EA thread and noticed the Home Counties in the title this one!

A foot in both camps so to speak!

Finally made it though a lot of pages of posts, great to see.

Here in the far west of the region and nothing more than a few flakes. Optimistic though as it's just getting started.

I'm in Cliffe - Medway - got a feeling too far north for a good Thames streamer

See below 700hpa vent vert and watch the orange/reds from midnight to midday tomorrow. A tell tale since of things kicking off and probably why a Convergence line is on the latest fax indicating particularly a Thames Streamer.

The above points to an interesting next 24hrs. Anything received in daylight hours today should just be viewed as a bonus. Of course this is only a guide and should be viewed with caution rather than scrutiny. I am quietly confident most of us will awake to some form of covering by dawn tomorrow, but as always in this setup some more than others.

So Surrey to far west of warnings from the met maybe ?

gonna be a Kent and Sussex streamer this Evening and overnight by the sounds of that new update

hope the Thames one sparks off too

I’ve really no idea what to expect. Makes it exciting but nerve racking, especially come Friday. 

More to the point I don’t know what later tonight will bring if anything?
