hey @Steve Murr I'd appreciate if you could share your thoughts on tomorrow and Friday's snow events for South East Coasts

Looking at the recent radar, the whole lot is actually moving E to W, however it's building on the southern edge over north London, so appears to be moving SW when actually it isn't.

Am sitting within earshot of the Shard for work today so will report on radar grabs' accuracy when I can. Certainly clouded over quickly from recent completely clear blue skies.

Just come back from a morning on the board in the fields near Ash (NW Kent). Such a beautiful day, most snow since 2010. It's good to be alive

I didn't make it in today either.  Logged on at home. BBC Weather showing heavy snow from midday onwards.

working from home is the way forward on days like this! The online BBC forecast for today is certainly eye catching, although usual caveats apply these computer generated forecasts.
