I'm very envious, that looks great!

I really hope we see some showers later, even if it only gives a small accumulation.

I'd be shocked if there wasn't more over the next 24-48 hours. Suspect it will be similar areas maxing out, although the orientation will change a bit which could change things a bit. 7 inches reported 10 mins south of T Wells so far.

I'm in SW London right now and we have nothing to speak of. Considered going down to Sussex to enjoy this spell, but decided the mature thing would be to stay here and get on with work... hm....

A21 is near on shut at Lamberhurst.. Bewl water.. I think any way.. Heard it on radio.. Or wireless if your my age :nea:

Very cold tonight -6/-8c

Did you know the snow ratio goes uo every 1c we drop

Hoping to be in the sweet spot tonight however expecting depths of 40cm with tea time tomorrow for some areas of kent

which I do believe was highlighted at the start

if we hit the jackpot thur / fri then North of 50cm is a reality somewhere in kent!

I sure do love your optumism

Cant personally see shower activity as good tonight frankly .

Wth the winds turning more S.E later surely that will take any ppn away from kent more towards suffolk^Norfolk.

Thursday night ,Friday though is looking very interesting..( if the front could stall over the S.E for several hrs ,we would hit the jackpot).

All my Snow today 4cm in the South facing area has gone. North facing garden still wth good cover. Thats the price we pay for snow end of Feb/march Temp has been close to 0c all day but ubundant sunshine. . Icycles on cars..

Still lying snow is lying snow , not to be sneezed at...

Hilarious on the temps, sun comes out up to -0.5C, sun goes behind a cloud and it drops immediately to -1.7c.

That is with a VP2 with FARRS by the way, so is accurate to air temp.

Can you get a ‘snowburst’ I seriously think it was and this photo taken from Canary Wharf reinforces that idea..
