Here’s the short vid of the heavy snow just now. I took the 4x4 out for a spin. Was fun. Hoping everyone gets some good snow tonight ❄️

Just started again in Ashford. We had a big thaw earlier and I doubt we'll get a covering again like last night.

I have a feeling it it could be quite a bit more!

Good to see Kent having so much snow.  Had I not been working today, I would have been very tempted to go on a road trip......

I think you may be right. Just looked again and the road is completely covered in 5 mins. Not bad considering its not that heavy atm

I can see them as well, touching distance but the streamers are in the wrong location for most of kent unlike the early hours :) - Yes some places are getting hammered

Just north of Deal they are! Frustrating as it is... Still epic to know that we are collectively getting a dumping.

its possible if the blob over ashford now, makes it to you. i doubt it will be as intense by the time it reaches brighton area but if it does, it will stick around until morning due to the low temps. just watch the radar and try to gauge the intensity as it moves towards you :good:

my wife has just driven on the A2 from Canterbury to Dover, at Barham she turned off by accident as she couldn't see the road, total white out. Yet 3 miles away from there and i have a snow shield over Eastry. Nothing yet, although i feel it's incoming.

Parts of Kent are getting hammered!

The blob just passing frinton/Clacton looks on track to clip Leigh/Southend, intensifying a little on its tracks too..
