Snow eased off now but hope it will pick up intensity again soon.I think for NW Kent our best chance of accumulated snow is between now and 7pm.After that i feel that will be the beginning of the end of this cold spell.With my stato hat on the temp has remained below zero here from 3pm on Tuesday until now(currently -1.1).That is 69hrs and would think it would stay below zero for another 3-6 hours.Quite amazing for this time of year and that we are only about 300ft asl.

Snow now building to the north of here, so I still think the sweet spot will be to the north of London for the most prolonged and heavy snowfall.

Thanks for the info - the snow is coming down (well sideways) here right now. Interested to see them de-ice it.

looks like arriving properly by 3 then perhaps 3 / 4 hours- depends on whats behind on radar as I havent got tome to look

Snow in Canterbury for last 45 minutes no more freezing rain I hope , -1.6c

started again in sittingbourne , still got around 8in parts where i have cleared the snow were ice, now covering with snow again, will be so sad when it all goes

Snow here has got heavier but the dew points have also risen at the same time...roads are now clear and wet as are car roofs.

Still its nice to see snow falling from the sky and have snow on the ground for a 5th day in a row

Really big flakes now, intensity really picking up. Car and road covered again and nicely topping up the laying snow!!
