And here we go again, home in Blackboys and it's just started up heavy again. Cracking stuff.

possible Thames streamer later tonight??

loving all the snow photos, and pleased those who missed out earlier are finally in the game ❄️?

I looked out and saw the snow start about half-hour back, sounds like I'd better go and look again.

About a 25-minute clear-sky respite in Leigh-on-Sea, and the big fluffy flakes have started falling again. Lovely!

The difference a few miles make, in Southend it has been hammering it down for the past 20-30mins.

Blackboys. Really good snowfall still, 50p sized flakes, lovely and dry and falling heavily. Looks to be about 4cm now on the garden table. Can't see the other half getting to London in the morning.

Go on then - simply can't help re-posting this from me last Saturday. I'll take my punt on Horley at this stage, too, given that the stars are out!

Well I’m here in Horley/Gatwick, which isn’t the best topographically, tending to be shielded somewhat by the South Downs. I’m ‘expecting’ between 2-5cms by Weds here in Horley, using local knowledge as a guide, but with areas south and east of here and not far away (somewhere like Uckfield for example) to fare a bit better, and deeper into East Sussex better still. The high risk potential frontal event progged for Friday better for here.
