Met office have changed our forecast from nothing to heavy snow, 10 mins after it started!! (farnham)

Convection has kicked off more widely in the region with bands of showers rather than one or two streamers. This should give the whole region a good snowfall

Smallest dandruff dry flakes in the fresh wind now, hardly any cloud. But clouds building offshore and further inland.

Clouds seem to have broken here in Wimbledon now. I’m amazed by how localised any accumulations seem to be. 

Going to be thankful I have a job with a nice seat next to a window now!

Not sure I’m in the right thread, but it’s snowing here near Heathrow. Nothing dramatic but nice to see. Cold at -1C, mainly cloudy.
