To put today in Plymouth into context....

These were BBC Spotlight titles the last time I can remember this amount in daytime

Snow showers just to my North (Thornbury area i reck) snow showers to the South (Bristol)......just a few flakes here. Missing out in SG today.

Latest for tomorrow? It is getting as confusing in here as in mad thread!

Is it a downgrade OR as you were? Cheers

That's the only doubt I have. Need a more ENE flow or growth on the southern edge.

Which we seem to have, as there are flakes blowing around in the wind as I type.

Anyone able to post the ICON charts? Minimal shift west or a lot?

Not hugely but still a somewhat small west shift, Bristol throughout looks to be the far far edge.

However I can't even trust high-res models, all of the showers the Bristol area witnessed yesterday, not one high-res model forecasted that.

I always wonder whether the batch of snow will still correct eastwards as that is the general theme with these events.

Yes. The man upstairs is shaking his head over us too and it's a bit grey looking to my east.

To add the ICON and NetwX NMM look to go hand in hand. GFS, ECMWF, ARPEGE, HIRLAM all point towards heavier, more widespread snow.
