Heavy snow now in Stoke Gifford, N Bristol

Still moderate snow ongoing here despite the radar suggesting otherwise, it must be developing in situ overhead, I keep expecting it to stop and it just isn't!

Think those further north should do pretty well.

Moderate snow in Stroud, but still heavier than anything last night. Another fresh inch, can’t call it a top up as nothing melted yet! Was not expecting this, just some light snow for a bit. Still small flakes, -2 outside.

Do you reckon they'll call the game off tomorrow? Statement at 5pm apparently.

I'm going to have to get the bus/train, but nothing's running today.

Roofs rapidly going white where it had blown off last night. Only a bit of wind now.

Yes eagerly awaiting that update.  

I live a 15 minute walk from St Marys and the roads round here are passable, gut feeling is it will be on unless there is further heavy snow, which looks unlikely now.

Snow still coming down thick and fast in Stroud

I use my hill test lol, if it comes in enough to obscure the view to swifts hill I know its decent lol.

Must be another few cms down in the last 90mins.

Just went for a little urban walk around Uplands with the dog, no lead needed as no cars, and the drifting was pretty impressive in places.

All in all a fantastic snow event.

More snow falling.

I've experienced some of the deepest (drifts) of my life today.  Some were in excess of knee deep.

Only downside, it slowly disappears from tomorrow onwards.
