Got about 5 inches of snow here - as far as I can tell finding a level bit! Foot drifts everywhere in sloped garden. Snowing now, nothing melting anywhere.

Just been outside to clear the back door. It is so perculiar! The back of the house looks like it has been varnished. Walking through the snow is like walking on perspex - never seen anything like it. The gutters are all lagging as they're full of solid ice, shed roof looks like it has will collapse too.

Picture uploads are failing, so I'll do a gallery later.

Temp has been at -0.1°C since 6am but it has dropped to -0.2°C

Just been out for a walk around the neighbourhood, seen just one car this morning but the roads are bad up here, looks great though!

Looks quite dark looking over to Cardiff, getting greedy now and hoping for more today :D

Quite an exceptional snow event here in Kilmersdon but not as good as 62-63. An old photo but I think you'll get the idea.

After flirting with 0 Deg.C, the temperature here is now dropping.  Now at -0.4 and dropped about 0.2 deg in the last hour.  No precipitation, no thaw yet.  Birds are having a real feast on the corn thrown out onto the ice covered snow.  Sheet black ice on the lane with gradient outside, impossible for any vehicles to traverse.

Mine is too surprisingly but since yesterday morning the wind direction readings have been off. It’s been showing variations from a westerly direction instead of easterly.
