Just had a full on snow flurry, no need to squint and concentrate trying to catch a single snowflake falling,

Few flakes this morning at 8:30am. Sunny since but clouds have been rolling in and cloud tops seem to be getting bigger. Cumulus increasing. Could be some flurries/showers even here later.  Temp 2.6c. Dewpoint -7c. Wind 18mph ENE.

Great that more snow flurries are about today than was forecast. Getting a bit nervous about the next set of runs, I have already shifted some work around claiming that snow might be an issue on Friday morning alas i could have some egg on my face if it goes a bit pete tong!

A boat in the middle of the English channel looks best bet at the moment.

Anyone know what's going on with Thursdays snow? Not much is being said as I don't see the next couple of days giving us much.

The jury is still out!!

Looks like the tip of Cornwall is about to enjoy the streamer. :D

Indeed we are, we’ve been having light snow blowing in the east wind for the last hour now. Couple miles east of Falmouth in the coast.

A few more flurries in Frome, no accumulations

Got to feel unlucky if your from the IOW, if that streamer was 20K north it could have been some decent snow for those guys

Looks like Southern Devon  is on the flurries too, the usual warm spots of Salcombe Kingsbridge getting in on the action

Still not certain. Best for us (I'm including Cardiff with Warminster...) looks to the Meto and Icon, with ECM not too bad. Even GFS is a only a few changes away from being all snow for you/me, and potentially from Thurs until Saturday, with colder uppers moving south again. I think we still won't be certain until Tues eve or even Wed to be honest. I don't think (here comes the jinx) that many of us will see NO snow, its more the case of wether its a lot, or some then freezing rain etc.
