Indeed it is not, however you view it though, its optimistic lol

Yes must agree! But it won’t stop me enjoying myself and hoping for the best. Basically how I live each day! That way you always have something to look forward to, even if you’re  having a crap one.

That was deep:crazy:

One of my besties lives in Mary Tavy. If it does all get hideous message me, and I'll let her know too. Sometimes though with the elderly you've got to just go ahead and do it. ( I have one next door and my parents are too) She will need a new gas bottle soon so you are only getting it for her earlier than she needs. ?

Lovely food at the Mary Tavy Inn.

Ditch the mobile phone app in favour of the trusty lamppost and radar :)

Just a general point on this taking two forecast soundings for roughly the same area for 06 tomorrow and 06 on Monday. On the first it can be seen that cold air has definitely advected in in the lower layers but not aloft whereas a couple of days later it has and the cold airmass has most certainly arrived.and the Tropopause is down at 300mb

How very pretty ... Looks like the tardis ...

It does, but it also does the job. With a draft excluder on the bottom of the door, it keeps the cold from coming in.

I've also applied the same principal to the actual garage door it's self.

That has really worked a treat. Not only does it keep the garage warmer in the winter, it also keeps it cooler in Summer.

Anyone fancy organising a boat trip in the channel? Alternatively you could go to Devon, Cornwall or the IOW.
