Yep,thats' what I've got my eye on,hoping for a direct hit but I think it might go south of me in T&W

I think Tyne and wear will get hit by it. Seems to have been picked up on the 18h gfs run. The flow turns east South East as the night goes on. :yahoo:

Looks like a few beefy showers could just about hit Teesside in the next hour or so maybe less.

Looks like you're all about to get it from some very vigorous-looking showers.  Enjoy!

I can confirm it's snowing in Teesside and by the looks of the radar we could be in for a good dumping.

Radar says a huge red angry shower is heading toward Teesside. If it direct hits we could get 30 mins of near blizzard conditions. It's already snowing well in Stockton now but what will hit in a short while could be memorable. Drive home from work at 7am will be interesting.

Looks like everywhere between Scarborough and Aberdeen is going to get hammered..Not to mention the Thames streamer dropping quite a bit.. Folk in Kent will not be happy..

Yikes, that's cold. Now have to try and clear the drive for an attempt at getting to work. The A692 has had virtually no traffic so only a thin Central line visible ?

Wow absolute blizzard in Middlesbrough. Never seen anythjing like it. Another big accumulation and it's drifting!

Just seen someone trying to walk in it against the wind and they were struggling big time. Dangerous conditions!

This is extreme guys. Just had a proper look again and it's a massive dumping! Haven't seen conditions like this in many a year. Would be shocked to see any businesses and schools opened today.
