I know but it was as black as night - to the west it was dusk there was a difference I'm not going crazy yet

More incoming looking at clouds coming over ncl airport and getting colder as darkness sets in.

Webcam from parents in dipton looks like more precip in distance

I think make the most of the next few days comes to mind the models are looking poor from around Tuesday onwards.

I don't foresee anything exceptionally mild but high single figures by day should become more common
