Looks to be quite a long period before any showers head my way.  Unless they appear from nowhere on the radar like earlier today....

Its now below freezing again here

These showers have a personal vendetta again me, first missing me then intensifying when they have gone passed

Radar seems to be coming alive. I am still just in the wrong location for these showers though which is a shame.

That looks like a good snow shower that one. Shame it misses us all on here.

Looks to me like the wind is also changing direction?

Something building to my NE just on the coast can see the clouds from here in Washy.  Fingers crossed for another little dumping!

I think some organisation is going on out there now if you check the radar out.  I think a fair few places are going to see something.

There's nothing worse is there when you see them form, die then reform as they pass almost over your house lol

They just seem to materialise in the sea from nothing.  At 4.30 this did not exist now 4.50.....

Snowing here 4/10 but plenty more behind.  Check out that line of showers ready to head into North Tyneside / Blyth etc  Plenty more showers building south of the region and looks better than last night at the same time.

Do we not need to look at the wind direction from the North Sea?

If you look at the PPN coming down from Central Scotland its moving in our direction

Definitely more instability this evening - look at that - like FP says from nowhere.

I bet there will be a few cracks of thunder out of this.  With red intensity out at sea I expect the shower will expand when it hits land and become less intense.  Hitting wearside and about to hit Durham
