Still the potential of a bit more, snow is blowing around in a really strong wind. Will probably feel colder out up here today than it has with a wind chill of -13. Think this will be the worst day round here for getting about

Not until tomorrow i would have thought.

Though probably not as intense as last 48hrs, for places further south that is.

We shall see.

attempted my route this morning.  Down to just over 1 lane passable.  3-4” where cars haven’t been and drifting snow.  We mustn’t have got a good pasting last night.  Quattro Audi got the power down and moving fine,  issue was stopping and steering is where the danger is.

declared another snow day.

I think we got a lot last night. Just checked the radar and yep. It's really piled up out there. Still snowing hard.

Well the good thing for me will be that i just need to get hit by a few half decent showers and I will have had more that the last couple of days, so still decent chances here I suppose.   Just look at the gap I was in overnightimage.thumb.png.e6aa2440397538698aa29243dcc659e0.png

Where did all this come from? I thought it was just light showers overnight? Looks like the arctic out there.

Incredible isn't it mate. Said a few days ago Teesside usually does well from these set up despite MO's reluctance to give us an Amber warning. Massive amounts for 3 consecutive days now.

Those pics are very impressive.  Is that enough to beat 1991 / 2010 yet?
