Jesus. I just changed the water for that reason... ours is in a hutch and attached run, under a lean-to roof (so protected from the worst) with a couple of thick coats over the hutch and an old curtain covering the run and shielding him from the wind. You reckon that's ok?

Yep should be fine mine is a 2 story hutch with an attached run but they have each other's body heat that's my only concern with yours

He's been out in -8°C before, though not with this wind and snow. I'll be honest, he didn't look happy just now!

Hope your rabbits are ok. Mind one thing I thought of when reading the ramps for this weather is the images of frozen stiff lambs being pulled from snow drifts. ??

At work at moment and went out to start my car up so it wouldn't be frozen in the morning and it is absolutely nithering out there. It feels colder than 2010 to me and the snow is pure powder. It looks beautiful but you can understand why the met calls it danger to life. Wouldn't like to be homeless.

Just back from my trip to Cockermouth, what an adventure! A69 in atrocious conditions, it was a struggle to get up the inclines even with my snow tyres, roads definately worsening the closer to the coast I got.

i've just caught up on the 13 pages since I last had a chance to get on here. This is a picture from the Galleries in Washington, really hoping for a snow day tomorrow.

Right off to check the models to see if we're due anything else.
