Temp peaked at 2.5 today at 1.45 but dropping now and is currently 1.7.Lovely day and just taken dog for lovely walk. She is now fast akip on sofa lol!!

Looks like i might be in with a chance of most substantial snow since 2013 but still have a few doubts as snow in form of showers is hit and miss situation. That said i am in Amber Warning zone now so will be gutted if i miss out again.

Good Luck to everyone in the SE and hope snow becomes widespread. Also would love the Friday event to really come off and that the Low pushes more Westwards through Channel and about 75-100 miles further South so the 4-5 day cold snap has potential to last a lot longer.

Beautiful winters day, but wind is definitely increasing and dew point was -4 at noon and is now -8 . We are on the edge of the Amber warning but in the past Coulsdon does quite well with Thames streamers, in 2010 we had 44cm up here on the north downs. I'e a feeling we might see similar or hopefully more by the end of the week.

I'm in Purley - hoping for at least six inches over the course of the next four days.

Right here we go then

With such low dewpoints ( circa -7c ) & dusk on its way expect the temps to plummet up until 8pm.

3.1c.   15:21pm

What’s your feeling for overnight tonight Steve? Medway in particular of interest.

Click on the line icon top right of page. Select account then ignored users and add anyone you like. I've found it a very useful function but my list gets longer every day

You can also hover over the username top left of their post and a pop up appears with ignore user being one of the options.
