How much do you charge for your straight lines? Last time mine was cut it looked like a drunk hobo zoomed up and down at 50mph :shok:

The 12z suite will begin to come out soon.  Whilst there are uncertainties on the level of cold we will see, we will see a sustained spell of easterly winds which will start in around 48 hours.

Westerlies will not be killing this one as the Canadian lobe of the polar vortex is blocked throughout the lower layers of the atmopshere. So it is really down to how the ridge ans cold pool set up.

In the end it will turn colder, there will likely be snow. It is only a question of how cold and how disruptive this spell will be.

my dad used to have a habit of finding drunk hobos to do work on our house, when I was young, surprised it hasn't collapsed.

As long as none of you are Crystal Palace / West Ham / Leeds fans don’t mind Charlton.  :p

On more pressing matters, bring on the frozen Thames & eatsely blizaards. :drunk-emoji::cold-emoji::ball-santa-emoji::snowman-emoji::santa-emoji::reindeer-emoji:
