Latest GFS looking crap for us again, but all winter almost every time it's shown snow for me its not turned up. May be this time it is using reverse phycology to get some snow over here...

TBH mate stick with the short term, it's becoming obvious that this cold spell and pattern is causing the models to really struggle. Let's hope the HIRLAM is correct.

    The sky LOL.

On a weather note, the showers seemed to have peped up again, more yellows and they are making it at least over mine and Wills sheds complimenting our fantastic snow machine.

Can’t literally see what’s falling so windy when showers come though is it snowing/ blown snow/ drifting.... no idea.... all I know my footprints in 8-10in he’s have now covered over....and drifts are amazing....

It’s pretty complicated with an upper warm front and some  debate over the the following fronts I have seen warm fronts, cold fronts, and occlusions shown there is obviously some doubt still over the air masses at different heights

    Nothing here in Sale!

So weird how localised these things are. Cover increasing here under persistent light - moderate snow.

It’s exceded expectations today pal, with freezing temps and any more snow overnight going to cause mayhem first thing
