As much as I like snow and wintery weather when you're commuting 80 miles a day during the week its better to have it at the weekend.

Fear not mate, can't see there being rain and if so it would be well into tmr afternoon/evening. Lets hope we get enough to enjoy and on a Saturday, kids in Merseyside must be sick of seeing it on the tele, snow day this, snow day that.

Sorry to say but this is a bust the ppn north of Stafford is breaking up.

The south is seeing rain and a rapid thaw and the Welsh thread

Is very quiet as well.tells you what you need to know really.

Oh well on to next winter.

Is it me or does Cheshire seems the worst place ever to see heavy snowfall!?

All pics from last few days... check out Cumbria crack, Cumbria road watch & police on Twitter etc... been much worse than March 13 in the places who’ve been hit hard.
