Is this meant to stay all night? If so there could be some worthwhile accumulation?

Nope I painted the whole window as I thought it's the closest I would get to seeing a whiteout. Unfortunately someone told me there is a whiteout beyond my windows ?

That'll be some decent accumulation then.. I mean it's already a dusting after 15 mins. If the wind falls lighter it should pile up too

Winds are supposed to get lighter through the night yes. Also as DPs start to rise it should become the wet snow type which accumulates better.
