Yes, 95° at the surface Veering a bit to 120° up to 700 mb, then backing to 100° above that.

Yeah, a particualrly fruitless direction for South Manc!

The air frost has ended. Not what I want. Let’s hope it was just cloud and latent heat from freezing, although there’s not much to freeze out there.

Come to Ramsbottom with me on Sunday then and at least it will be cold and white there.

Ramsbottom's are generally anything but white.

Midnight tonight, there's a chance that band slowly moving through the whole of UK currently in the midlands will veer and hit us providing it keeps enough ppn, that's our last chance then it's game over I reckon

Anyone in Manchester getting any light snow? If you run the animation and look carefully you can see through that bit of annoying anaprop.

Anglesey is getting pasted still.. must be a fair bit on the ground there now. It's comes to something when you realise Anglesey has had more snow than you.

If someone had told me that the worst cold spell/easterly wind/snow for years would arrive and cripple the country I would have been relishing it ,but here we are 1 week on and we've had less than 1cm total  of snowfall over that period and most of it has now evaporated(not thawed)...This beast has just not shown it's teeth here at all apart from a couple of very cold days. :wallbash:Unbelievable
