I understand how you feel same is happening here today. Stuck in the middle of a gap along with a lot of Cheshire.

First time today that the snow has finally eased off... it's been mainly light but quite memorable with that wind.  The wind is even stronger now, literally slicing through the tops of any snow depths and drifting them into bigger piles in far flung corners.

 Can’t see that on the TAF, just light snow showers until 15:00.
