To be honest we all share the same story just light flurries.

 

 It’s a great sign then that we’re getting the same as Yorkshire and that the showers are still getting to us even though they are light.

Yes they do. Met office warnings overide the bbc meteo forecast and have to be shown.

Can't make it up can you 0c here and lad just had a shower the baths seal has been leaking run through the ceiling down the wall to the socket and shorted my boiler after letting off a few sparks and some smoke so now no hot water or heating

If the 6am one verfies then the Fylde Coast has the highest snow risk in the country at that time. Mmmm yea right...

Yep...saw a Darren Bett forecast earlier and when he mentioned the warnings he added the words "from the Met Office"

So the train companies for the south are ‘running down services form 6pm tonight due to the expected severe weather-and it’s not even arrived yet! Comes to something when train companies are saying in advance that they are not even going to try to run!!

Stood in cornice on Helvellyn late June. Probably latest on Cumbria but common in Cairngorms

Yep, they can only be a very rough guide. Always great to see the heavy snow symbols though. Just be prepared for them to vanish on the next update!
