On train back from Euston, was snowing quite heavy in London and blowing about in breeze...

lookslike it snowed at home....

It’s quite interesting travelling up the country seeing the different banks of cloud and sun etc. Bloody cold waiting on the platform this morning though!

Snowing on & off all day. Radar has exploded! Pennines are doing nothing to those showers at all

It looks like the southern part of the region is having most of the activity. The snow showers travelling west and reaching the coast.

Not much happening north of Preston at the moment.

Just on metrolink going back to Ashton, I waved but you were looking the other way.

Getting colder out. Really bitter in city centre.

Maybe next time. Where are you actually situated?

Just passing Claytonhall, odd flake of snow passing. Quite dark towards the hills where I'm going to.

Interesting  looking front with an occlusion at one end and cold front at the other. Originally on the fax charts above all this was an upper warm front between the air masses showing  not sure if that is still there

I work in Piccadilly gardens and live 5 mins walk from here towards the station. Fantastic location for settling snow - not!
