Well I wouldn't say that :shok: load of nonsense of course, Although having said that the GEFS anomalies are not entirely dismissive

I am actually feeling positive. The cold is coming. The ensembles show that. Just seen MO 6 to 30 day forecast suggesting southern areas could see significant snow. It's about time. We haven't even had a dusting. Just some very wet flurries.

It doesn't take much to confuse me,a quick flit to TWO,talk of 15 degrees and rapidly thawing snow, steady as you go on Mad,BBC 6 27 ....cooler mainly dry, how on earth can the beeb be putting out this, unless of course they are correct, its nuts.

I'm sitting here sweating, it's been over 10C all afternoon and normally by mid-Feb I have had at least one weekend pruning the shrubbery in my shorts.

Is this really going to happen???

To the guy who asked if it was a good idea to get a quad bike - I would say now might be a good time to start making firm enquiries  or may a snow plough lol

If this goes tits up now, I’m done until next Winter! But it’s looking more unlikely to go wrong with each passing run.

When can I tell my brothers they may want to pack an extra layer for the cup final? I can’t be doing with them moaning all bloody day!

Tomorrow? Wednesday, Thursday? I feel we need mutual agreement for the telling of others!

Steady eddy. Still time matey.

I'm hanging out till Wednesday.

Mind you it's like what one would assume a chastity belt to feel like.
