Oddly the radar here has pepped up a bit in the last few frames, but it's just a touch too far east of me. Can confirm there were some nice flakes blowing about when I drove north from Rowlands Castle about 25 minutes ago.

I just saw that and wondered if it would keep going. They said it would but think we are too far West

As I said earlier Dorset seems to have the same effect as the M4. Need to destroy both. :diablo:

What’s holding me together is I’m out on the lash tomorrow with work, so if all fails get drunk tomorrow ?

I’m presuming @*Stormforce~beka* Is either lost in a snow drift of fainted at the sight or snow in wichester

but still not on board :nonono:

It didn't happen! I got on board however when snowmaggedon turned up at 3pm when I went on the school run. All that dandruff mcflurry ... I've been proven wrong!

It’s going the right direction @matt111 but will it make it before breaking up ?

Yeh, don't get your hopes up, guys - I've been slap bang in the middle of that pink bit for an hour and my snowflake count for 2017/18 is 0... ?

Light snow for a short while now, its settling, so light that I can count the individual flakes on my garden furniture

Pahaahahhaha!! I almost need to go and look at the bleeding dustbin now ...

Ah but I saw 1 snowflake outside the pink bit so you never know.

I'm now just about under the pink bit but haven't seen anymore snowflakes.

It came down quite nicely around half an hour ago, lots of small/medium sized flakes, settling on the cars etc but has stopped, looking at the radar I suspect that is it for the evening.

Soz I can't quite believe it myself - but I had noticed over the past 24 hours that the reports on uksnowmap.com weren't correlating with the radar.
