I want whatever that ICON is smoking..

Also judging by actual radar output, Arpege and Hirlam seem off the mark a bit so far. NMM looks closest of the available high resolution models.

Just looked at the met office app for Stoke on Trent on Friday and it's gone from Snow from late Thurs, all day Friday and Saturday, to nothing Thursday, 2 hours of light Snow Friday, then nothing. Lol

Hasn’t changed on mine?

Apps are hopeless though.

The apps are hopeless although you would have thought that the trusted services such as the BBC /Met office etc would at least provide something aproaching reality, especialy as some people use these apps to plan things, thinking they are acurate

ICON give us over 24 hours of snow. A foot of snow is more than realistic on Friday.

Is that as far north the band travels as I seem to be on the blue line 80 odd miles inland from The Wash !!

No surprise it’s the GFS showing the worst output for next weekend. It’s hopeless in these situations. Hopefully it’s wrong, again.
