Anything extreme :D I like my winters cold and snowy, and my summers hot and thundery. Don't like anything mundane or wet and windy*.

*Would like to experience a hurricane though, and like wet and windy if it's from thunderstorms.

I do like some good hot sun though followed by a good old storm, they seem to be rarer than snow these days, maybe not in stoke though lol

I've seen some amazing thunderstorms here and in London the past few years. An amazing lightning show in London one night. 3 flashes per second at its peak and it went on for hours. A really intense thunderstorm in Stoke in September 2016. Biblical rain that flooded everything in minutes and lots of CG lightning.

Just begun to snow in Bewdley! Light stuff requiring lamp-post-o-vision for now.

Again not sure if much will reach here. Seems to be weakening a lot. Front's will have no trouble getting here once the milder air arrives, of course!

Watching this on the radar - it appears to be breaking up just south of Leicester

Throwing it down in Bewdley now! Smallish flakes still, but plenty of them. Just been for a quick walk, just to enjoy the patterns in the lamp-posts and that lovely creaking noise you get when yo walk on snow. Previously cleared surfaces now have a moderate dusting. Another 30 minutes of this will give a thin real covering, I'd say. Temp 0.1 °C.

As others have reported around here it has started as light to moderate.

It is covering all surfaces though pretty quickly.

Looking at the radar, I can see the problem...

There is no Thames streamer today to help the back building.
