crazily 3 miles out here in Luncarty ive had 2 epic showers and getting on for 8-9 cm which ordinarily id be delighted witj if was not viewing this thread and getring snow envy

defo picking up some great showers  i would say last 2 have delivered 3 cm alone in last 30 mins

@hawesy you just never know... could be an epic comeback

intense shower just now

Glad to hear it! We’ve had a couple of decent ones this evening after a day of nothing but flurries. Probably sitting at 3cm, so short of the 8 I predicted for myself.

DON’T do what I did and use your appendage. I’ve been in the bath ever since trying to recover. Plus, I’ll never know if we got past 2 inches....

That streamer through the Forth-Clyde Valley doesn't want to relent, anyone on the M8 I suspect is suffering very badly. A similar event occured in late November 2010 I think as well.

Well made it the Spring Show just a  few blowing bits of snow in the Glens of Foundland but cold at -5c on car thermometer most of the way there.More snow further east with 2 to 3 feet drifts at edge of road.Car covered in ice when we got home

Had a good day with three firsts in the neep section including biggest neep and overall champion in this section.

Just odd lighter showers all day at home and currently  moonlit and -8.5c. Its going to be a cold one

it is the 2010 m8 again, just as we climbed off motorway told 4 more accident still to clear. No critter in sight due to blockage, so road is really bad, shin deep in places on main carriageway.

Yeah really, don't think I could have found a sweeter spot for this winter. I dare say it wont be like this every winter but hey you take the rough with the smooth.
