to me it looks due east - the milder air at the back of it seems to be pushing it through more easterly...

But the question is trajectory.  Due east or ESE?

Chucking it down here at the moment!

Hawesy,  you t!t,  you're fired!  Will never rely on your predictions again.......I already have the 2 1/2" inches you said I would get last night!

Yeah this current 'shower' is bonkers. There was 7cm this morning now it's up to 12cm already!! That's the most this week :)

Wonder if they're being fed information or if they're just going on the initial amber warning.

Good to see the West Fife contingent getting some of the heavy stuff! I may have underdone your estimates. Man, who would be a weather forecaster! :D

The earlier flurry here in St Andrews has long since fizzled out.

I think it's because this tiny wee bit runs into the central, tayside and fife region to be honest. Daft I know, but I think that's why.

If it could head Glasgow’s direction that’d be great. Everything is skirting around us here. :nonono:

Seems to be missing Glasgow and the main motorways and sitting about 15 miles north of the central belt...

Seems to be a more organised area coming into Ayrshire now too.

Heavy sleet in Prestwick.
