Precipitation keeps flickering between wet snow and dry snow.

Down to 1.0c. Wet Bulb 0.7c.

Anyone know what that means for snow?

Basically no-one knows what is happening lol .. quite a bit of wet snow and now drizzly sleet coming down up here. I did see on the automated forecast for my area that it's to rain / sleet up until 1 then turn to snow through the night. I doubt any snow that falls will lie through the night though as it's fairly wet outside. Maybe if the temperatures drop in line with the 'predicted' snow after 1am, then it will leave a small covering for the morning - but basically not sure what's happening.

Where are you guys watching the radar? Anyone send me a link? Thanks

When I say dry snow, I'm referring to snow that sticks to surfaces and melts.

I suppose what I mean is flickering between sleet and snow.

Been very consistent here quite a fine snow with hope the ground succumbs and lets it lay. Dunno about the temperature outside lol but thats another story ...

You're further north than me so I'd give it another half hour and it'll be snow I reckon!

We'll see. The temperature has been dropping, now 0.8c but still not proper snow.

You need your Air Temperature at 0c or below and Negative DP then the snow will start

To settle.
