Heavy hail again. If this was all snow, we would probably have had a couple of inches by now. However, providing a nice carpet of ice for snow to settle on later!

Manchester road up dunnockshaw is impassable. Had to turn back at top loveclough. No traction and cars abandoned in middle of road, pedestrians not fairing much better either.

 It’s been very windy all day. At least as bad as the named storms.. 

 Just got the edge of a shower.

Big sferic somewhere close.
