are we in a WSW flow here, the showers appear to be heading ever so slightly north, if so is this meant to change?

This is why the euro 4 has only light snow showers over us till midnight.

This is what the euro 4 was showing since yesterday. The gfs always overdoes shower activity so paints the whole region pink when in reality only some get the streamers.

Because every one from the North West is a misery guts (I can say that I'm a dirty immigrant from the other side of the pennines). :)

God knows, moan, moan and bloody moan about something they can't control.

Get a new hobby if people are just going to come on here and whinge, it's not worth it! Do something useful with your lives!

Look at the weather warning and see what time it’s meant to start!

Metoffice have downgraded the wind strengths for my location overnight tomorrow by around 10mph, so they are noting the shift south of the low now.

The warnings state in the north of the area first, then this evening and overnight for the rest of the area. So there’s still plenty of time.

cherry picking of models/charts really is the reason for disappointment from a ‘too optimistic’ point of view. I’ve done it loads.

One chart the Karyo posted showed DPs remaining over night below 0 to 6pm tomorrow. So who knows?
