Just had another graupel shower, even though the sun was still shining.

Same here. It's been a beautiful day.
I went for a walk by the River Crouch to enjoy the cloud porn (I should've taken my work camera), saw a few flakes of snow, just a minute ago short but intense graupel shower just finished.

Its been mad weather here! Sunshine followed by hail then sleet then snow. The sky would clearly then repeat.

Cloudy here now and temp is 3c.

It's as if someone has stuck a blanket over the sky here, went from sunny and dry with a few clouds to damp grey and murky within just 10 minutes! temp has has plummeted too within half an hour, was 4.6c now down to 3.4c

Make that 3.3c!

The temperature is still dropping like a ton of bricks, down to 2.5c now (this is the lowest reading in my local area) Other stations show similar drops, that's almost a 2c drop in 40 minutes!?!

Dew points have been good enough most of the day going by radar overlay for snow but the temp was a tad high, we're getting into a better range now though.

Surprised how fast the temperature is dropping, the colder uppers must be crawling over our region now, and with the ppn helping faster mixing to the surface?

Yep loved todays skies, shows that the sun is getting there kicking off land based convection, some of the Mammatus has been stunning, even Leigh On Sea has had a covering of hail/graupel.

Cannot wait for Spring showers with hail and thunder

Usual Chilterns no show snow...I see it on the radar all the time, precipitation  heading towards us only to split above and below to avoid us altogether, Must be something in the topology of the land. Fed up of getting 90/95 percent chance of snow on the Netweather seven day forecasts which ends up as zero

Looking at the sky to the North and West of here that looks like a final ‘clearing’ shower for the day.
