Everything very very still. Bit a breath of wind so any snow showers we do get will be very slow moving.

Now this looks promising!

Hopefully if we get something it will last until the morning for my 2yo to enjoy!

Remember...even those whom have light snow.atm..or indeed no snow...this is currently all before likely more notable as progression evolves....

2-4cms look v-possible over large areas of region.

Probably see something but nothing to get excited about, slight dusting at best

I wouldn’t be so sure if I were you. As things stand a few of us could be on for a covering.

Turns out it takes a rocket launching a car playing Bowie into space to distract me from radar watching.

Is it worth doing an all nighter to do some lamppost watching tonight in Hastings?

Anyone remember the thundersnow of Jan 2004? Feels similar to this. I remember watching the front move all the way south from Scotland down to here in the SE. There was about an hour or so of heavy snow and about two inches and a fair bit of thundersnow

Yes, I do! Was totally amazing.  I was in Clapham, SW4...so fairly close to Central London.  Caught a lot of people out!
