Have to admit, the band now looks like coming back ssw which considering it is fighting a W wind flow could mean it has some substance about it. Ok straws back out of the bin here... Can`t believe in this setup we are scratching around but ok, see what happens.

Definate/notable intensification now!!!.. as we gain @the wash......

Screenshot_2018-02-06-20-29-10.pngwash also acting as a funnel for track...things looking more promising....further inland parts!!!

Band off the Norfolk coast now moving SSW instead of SSE

Has definitely upped in intensity since I last checked it seems to be coming for Greater London. Not so east as I initially thought good for me!

Well good luck everyone, looking at that band I think I am too far west already with the snow probably heading through the spine of the region and then heading east. Norfolk/Suffolk/Essex/Kent and parts of London look good to me.

Oh come on don't suck me in again lol, I've already had a sleepless night this week where I had to keep looking out the window.

Is there any chance for Sussex in this, or am I getting a good nights sleep?

I think you may still be in the firing line... There is still a nice bit of ppn to the North of Peterborough and the Wash is doing it's job and helping the ppn intensify as it heads South.
Looking good still for many, if not, everyone should at least see some snow falling, just might need to look very hard! ;)

We might see something semi decent as the trajectory give or take points right towards the centre of London. Will be below freezing when it reaches. :)

Will the showers make it to the north west of London? If not, I'm tempted to drive to  where it is snowing.

Im just border nw-london/south bucks..

As good a, chance as anywhere as things are evolving...perhaps nxt 2/4 hrs..!?

Edit;..

The more intesification around the wash...the better cross-region.

Out walking the dog. High cloud atm but a distinct bank of cloud to my north looking towards the Stevenage direction.
