Yep, me too. Though it seems to be a thing these days. I'm on a few other forums for my other interests and there seem to be "Keyboard Warriors" everywhere now.

I’m just going to ignore the negative pokes at me now!

I’m glad most of us will see snow over the coming days and I look forward to the possibility of an even better cold spell mid month, which is looking more favourable now ?

2c, dew point of -1c, interestingly, models have dew points above freezing across the SE but observations suggests they're largely below

CK and I regularly compare charts together and opinions, sometimes it's good to do this as I could intupret a chart or data provided differently to another. Plus it means it creates unbiased views.

Now then my  fellow snow starved peeps let's just hope that many catch a shower or two over the next 48 hours then we have other things evolving that may provide others more north and west to experience some snow

Edit: forgot to add, if the computer says no, then it doesn't always mean no

Thanks, Surrey.

I’ve been highlighting what the charts are showing, but appreciate changes happen all the time, and as you say, they can be wrong.

I never say anything to offend or upset people, and apologise if I have at all.

I think it’s safe to say we all want to see some snow and I’m glad to hear some in the east of the region already are!

Who remembers this? Best Thames Streamer event, I've witnessed!! Stayed up all night, checking radar, with Steve Murr et al.

Thundersnow captured, near Dartford, during TS event of 1st/2nd Feb 2009.

Regards,

Tom.:hi:

These situations always seem to be underplayed & a nightmare to forecast, more of a nowcast from this afternoon, and we always seem to do very well from it :) good luck guys, here’s to an afternoon & evening of radar watching and not forgetting tomorrow of course

Yes, that Snow Cup thing, seemed to jinx our snow chances!! Had a brain haemorrhage/stroke, in Sept.2015, so absolutely no chance of me, engaging in that again, you'll be pleased to hear!! Although, I feel a lot better, still feel very fatigued, at times. The Snow Cup, was probably why my brain, blew up, in the first place!!:D Really did put a lot of work, into that.

Tom:hi:
