After 2 hours of heavy snow here in Dunstable we have a covering ( 2-3 cm but more in the hills) but I think it started to turn sleety now.

Radar is based on the GFS - it’s not real ( well the weather type isn’t real anyway )

Of course not it's East  Kent crappy here cmon mate you should know better! Herne Bay saw a few flakes in the wind and as sad as it sounds.....

thats actually an improvement on ALL of last year

Not a sniff of anything here in Hailsham though, to be fair, there was never likely to be.

Glad to read some of our crew have seen something.

Hopefully February can see us all participate in some non marginal stuff from the E/NE.

How it's not that nasty one that last for weeks and doesn't ease up at all some of my mates have had pneumonia and chest infections

Snowing stedely here at sea level on the Isle of Sheppey Kent not that it's going to lay but nice to see as many said there wouldn't even be any only rain see weather will do what it wants hopefully we will get a big one before the winters out.

Been snowing lightly for last few hours but not laying. Popped down the shops at the bottom of the hill earlier where it was raining, back up the hill and it was snowing. Great example of altitude affecting precipitation.
