Snowing on Stanstead Abbotts. No hop of it settling. Saw it snow in Stevenage yesterday and with two days of snow that settled in December, it already knocks spots off the last two winters

Radar showing precipitation here (seem to be on the border of sleet and snow) but nothing falling from the sky. I’m guessing we need a heavier burst on the radar to get what’s up in the clouds to the ground.

Sleeting, here in London, SE12, at very modest elevation. Not expecting anything more than that.

Regards,

Tom.

Lightest and dreariest of snow here in TW. I think I must be getting old because this no longer excites me in the least.

Some flakes of wet snow mixed in with sleet falling here in SE25, I suppose it's better than expected, but pretty worthless with regards to settling!

40 meters is pretty high up to me :D I downloaded an altitude app and it has me at 4.5 meters oh dear. If I’m seeing more snow than rain mixed in here, all should be encouraged really!

That’d be wierd! Similar views. Well done to those who said this would happen. I was unconvinced lol

Seems to be mostly big flakes of wet snow rather than sleet now in SE25, nice to see, but won't settle.
