No named storm for tomoz, potential storm for the middle of the week, but no idea where it will go,regarding the track,as for a 2010 scenario,we're along way off that im afraid,it will be colder this week, and quite windy, but the snow potential is not great in our neck of the woods

Highest gust 56 mph, think that might have been the one that pushed me sideways on the stairs outside this morning. Although I'm sure most of the strong gusts are in the same range now.

Wasn't raining on the school run but it was noticeably much more windier, but mild. Dark and rainy but can see some blue sky.  reminds me of the weather you get on the coast.

Wind has now dropped ready for the next lot.

hate wind.

Windy and wet morning with 1.5mm of rain and a max gust of 44mph at 09.35. When I watched the beeb breakfast forecast for today I was hoping for some sunny spells by the pm, but from what I can see there's still plenty of cloud and rain yet to come through. Oh well, better luck for sunshine tomorrow!

Current track of the Thurs storm has Norfolk in the firing line with this morning's Arpege forecast suggesting 140 km/h gusts (87 mph). It'll be interesting to keep an eye on this feature as I suspect still some variation likely in the exact track.

I’ve just popped outside and feel like the temperature has dropped a bit I feel like there is a chill in the wind

i have to say there is a beautiful sunset tonight. I think it looks snowy:clapping:I know here’s me hoping.

Wouldnt it be amazing to wake up in the morning and the gardens covered in snow. (I know, I know I’m living in dream land) :cold:
