Reports from the Philippines are stating that over 200 have been killed and 70,000 displaced as a result of damage and floodwaters resulting from TS Tembin passing over some of the poorest areas of the country. Tembin strengthened on late Saturday with sustained winds of 65mph and gusts of up to 90mph.
