Mmmm I checked radar two hours ago and thought it was never going to get much further north than midlands, now there does appear to be a slow creep northwards.  I'm not expecting much if anything but might just scrape a few falling flurries here.  Derby match should still be okay to go ahead I would have thought

Very disappointing but I’m taking heart from the fact it’s only the start of December hopefully plenty more opportunities for us all as the winter progresses ?

So even at t0 the warnings are changing just like Ste M said. 

Note to self. It’s true all sliders correct way south.

I live in Ormskirk - still hasn’t made it here yet...  I saw the backtracks keeping coming y-day & said to my wife that Ormskirk could literally be the boundary...

This is after singing to a 4 year old for 3 days...”do you want to build a snowman”.... in expectation for today...my wife ain’t to happy with me...?????

Yeh same here. At the beginning of the week they were headed for Scotland, corrected south ever since.

I can confirm that is true. Colwyn Bay has light snow and a nice little covering, which is amazing for being on the coast.
