Coming down again 4-6 inches.... love convective snow up here.... six inches where it first started laying.... Aguero scores too wahoo....  got trees bowing now... really chunky flakes again...  power lines/ phone line really covered....

You are not alone, just rain with the odd bit of hail to the east of you in Ramsbottom, strange when there seems to be snow at similar elevations. Have missed all the intense ppn, so I guess less evap cooling.

Off to Buxton I go, the trains are still running so that's not too much of a concern. Woodhead currently has 20min delays with traffic backing up but all the other routes (so far) are quiet.

So surprised snake and Woodhead open... must have been gritted as mines not been... I’m on Woodhead road out of Glossop

I have a view from the upstairs window of the traffic lights where they fork for Staybridge. There is absolutely no traffic visible as I type.
