Same here but surrounded by snow and stuck in the sleet but temps are dropping now so both of us might be in with a shot in a while. DP is still above 0 here which is a problem for the time being.

Oh it is that K- when ever i look at temp maps the mildest part of midlands northwards is NW england- the irish sea is a killer for us!

Snowing here, ground is very wet though. Will have to be heavy for a while for it to settle.

Yeh plenty of time to go, this Winter has a very different feel to it. Hopefully our time will come this Winter.

Annoying how places hundreds of miles south consistently get more snow than up here.

It is just the intensity of the shower that turned it to snow. I expect the lighter showers to be of rain or sleet
