Don’t know what the temperature is but it feels very mild here in Southampton at the moment. Too mild for my liking.

Apparently Bristol airport has suspended all flights due to one skidding off the runway! Fog the cause perhaps? It was certainly socked in last night at the airport.

OMG  ROFL. I thought I'd sit down and watch Michael McIntyre for a laugh, BUT instead I wandered into the MAD thread. In the last hours worth I read everything from warmth-and rain/wind  to snow for the next week. It amazes me how people interpret the charts for their own ends. After falling about, I've now decided to treat myself for Christmas, I'm staying away from the MAD thread until anybody (excluding out local representatives who post really good information and no rants, within the MOD thread) have sobered up, because right now they are off their trolley..

Meanwhile here, drizzle & 10.7C seems to be a precursor to something more wild & wet over the next few days. Change is GOOD.

Had about three hours of blue skies and variable cloud this morning, very little breeze and it actually felt very warm.  Currently mizzle and 10.4°C.

Another drab, mild day although for the first time in 4 days I did catch a glimpse of blue sky for a few minutes this afternoon. Sat at 9.9°C at the moment and not moving.

Morning, the day has dawned mild, murky and misty. Feels more like an early Autumn morning than a winter one, everything's dripping wet and the garden cobwebs are covered in tiny droplets.

Yet another grey and damp start, although it's now brightened up not sun shining as sun just a bit brighter. Crossed over the Severn yesterday there were quite a few fog banks that followed the river north so I'm not surprised Bristol airport had issues with fog.

Get back from doing the Xmas food shop at 5am and this mild weather makes it feel surreal!

We dragged the kids out of bed at 7:30am and went then. By the time we were paying at 830 the Q's were looong!

Yet another drab boring day, and that’s just the weather. Dull and very damp as it’s been for the last few days. Slightly lower temperature then yesterday but still feels mild. 8.7°C.

Well here in SG we're only a few miles South of the southern edge of the Cotswolds so maybe, just maybe.
