what's everyone's thoughts on this afternoon? Looking at the radar there doesn't seem to be heavy precip in the midlands/wales? Have they got it wrong??

All the red is snow. Sleet is grey, rain in blue.

Nope. Temp has been falling but there's been no ppn for about an hour. Not holding my breath for anything more than a dusting overnight. Currently 2.6, low bottomed out at 973mb, max gust this morning 42.2mph.

Best thing that can happen now is clouds to clear, hope it dries up then let the temperature plummet and pray for snow tonight. Not gonna happen but...

its just too wet now. :sorry:

Snow hits Gloucestershire hard with stranded vehicles, villages cut off, M5 crash and travel chaos

    Hghways England update on A417

The A417 in Gloucestershire is currently closed in both directions between the A429 and the A436 due to multiple separate collisions in the area. Gloucestershire police are on scene and dealing.

Road users are advised to plan ahead, allowing plenty of extra travelling time and to consider alternative routes where ever possible.

Happy for you guys but it' pure torture watching you all having fun or things starting to happen. Snow now in exmoor so the cold line runs from minehead to Dorset. Will it sink anymore. If @karlos1983 gets snow I'm heading to the Pub and lining up the shots

The weather radar is going to have to show some intensifying of the precipitation then if that's going to become reality!
