Thought we might at least see a ground frost when the temperature started dropping quickly earlier but that didn't last long, got down to 3.3°C and now it's back up to 3.8°C.

Morning, a sharp frost here and a clear sky, looks like it's going to be a nice day.

Got down to 0.3c last night coldest in a while. In terms of weather there was supposed to be snow on the moor last night and light snow this morning, what do we have wall to wall sunshine and no snow on the ground.

Karlos, have you ever figured there's lots of people out there prepared to make your twitter experience totally annoying. Like Facebook, but in fewer words...

Khodds, I've checked Wikipedia and with @Mapantz, it's called "Ground Frost"..a term difficult to remember through it's lack of use in the SW region, so write down for next time..
