Well wasn't expecting snow tonight I've had a lay off from looking at every model run known to the internet everyday since the last event, was only because I had a 1/2 liter of JD I thought I'd log on in a drunken state to torturer myself and low and behold its snowing..

Massive flakes now, not corn flakes though

You lot with snow over there while it’s still a tropical 7.1°C down here. :diablo:

Everything is turning white. Considering it was truly lashing with rain an hour ago temps must've plumetted in last 30 mins.

Be great to have a covering in morning as grandson is sleeping over and when he went to bed it was heavy rain.

Temp dropped from 6 to 4 in under an hour without precipitation here so it changes very quickly

And heavy snow here in Quedgeley south of Gloucester. And we are really low down here too ! !

John

Still drizzle in Stroud just waiting for the heavy ppn to arrive. Shouldn't be 5 mins now if it's snowing in Quedgely :) I

Temp here near Stroud dropped from 4c 2 hours ago to 1.5.. Drizzling but the heavy stuff is creeping this way. Good sign it’s snowing in Bristol.

Temperatures dropped from 6C to 3C in the last hour as the North wind has cut in. Not much in the way of precipitation though at the moment.

Lots of social media posts saying snow in Bristol. Good to see that shield broken for the second time this winter.
